Industrial Home to be on HGTV’s ‘House Hunters’
Episode Airs on January 25 at 10:00 pm
A townhome featuring décor by Frederick-based interior design firm Industrial Home will be featured on an episode of “House Hunters,” a long-running television series on HGTV. Industrial Home’s work was first seen by HGTV representatives due to a relationship that was cultivated by a client that owns DNa Lab Organic Hair Chemistry, a hair salon in Frederick whose interior was designed by the firm.
The salon owners David and Ana Maria Seifarth had appeared on “House Hunters” in 2010. The couple had formed a relationship with the producer that led them to reach out five years later about their salon and newly purchased home. After the information was evaluated, representatives from HGTV decided to produce an episode about their townhome. As a result, the salon’s owners asked Industrial Home to design their new space and participate in the filming process.
“Christopher and his team have delivered outstanding work,”said David Seifarth. “We’re thrilled Industrial Home was part of our interior design process in our salon and our home. We couldn’t be happier with the finished products.”
Industrial Home was involved in the townhome design project from concept to installation. The firm’s team of designers aimed to create a bohemian chic atmosphere, complete with custom furniture and accessories, in the four-level townhome.
“It was a wild three weeks, but we enjoyed every second of it,” said Christopher Ritchie, owner of Industrial Home. “It was a privilege to work on this project.”
