RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s). Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, mattresses and/or foundations no longer in their original packaging, and other items listed below. Unfortunately, galleries cannot accept returns of furniture or other large items.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Industrial Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed; the remaining 50% will be charged when your order ships. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.

STOCKED NON-FURNITURE ITEMS

We accept returns for non-furniture items within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Online orders will incur a 25% restocking fee.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance items, as well as any items purchased are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

CANCELLATIONS

For all orders that are canceled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged. If you choose to cancel your item(s) prior to delivery, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

DISCLAIMER

We do everything we can to ensure that all prices and information on our website are correct. All purchases are subject to applicable state and local taxes and laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and restrict orders of those items.

Procedure

At the time of delivery, please carefully inspect each item for any signs of damage and defeats.  If items are damaged and/or defective:
Step 1: All items that are damaged and/or defective should be refused at the time of delivery.
Step 2: Please note can damage or defects on the Bill of Lading (document provided by the shipping company). Do not sign the bill of lading.
Step 3: Please take a photo of the state of the pallet, box or other packaging as well as any visible damage/defect on the item itself. Perform this action for each item damaged/defective.

Step 5: If you are advised by an employee at Industrial Home to keep the item until a later date, please keep all packaging (e.g. pallets, boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) in case an item must be returned.

 

Industrial Home will not provide additional packaging for claims. Whether damage is concealed and not discovered until after you have received and signed for the pallet, or not, please take the following photos to support your claim:

1st PICTURE: A photo of the overall piece

2nd PICTURE: A close up photo of the damage(s)

3rd PICTURE: If there is noticeable damage to any of the packaging, please take photos before unwrapping the items. (Please keep packaging until items are inspected for damage. Please notate visible damage on delivery receipts.)**Photos must be included in order for claim to be processed. Email all photos to info@industrialhome.com with the name of your name and Claim on the subject line (example: ABC Interiors – Claim).

You may email the claim to info@industrialhome.com with the name of your company and Claim on the subject line (example: ABC Interiors – Claim). Please note, damage claims must be received within 3 days of receipt of shipment. You will receive a confirmation of your claim within 48 hours.


Important Info

  • Damage claims must be received within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Please allow 10 business days for the processing of your claim.
  • Replacements for claims are based on availability at time the claim is received. If there is no stock of the damaged item, a credit will be issued in the amount that was charged for that item, or a discount will be offered.
  • Credit amount is to be determined after receipt of claim form.
  • All credits will be either put towards future purchases or refunded via check. Refunds are issued once merchandise is received back to our warehouse.
  • Industrial Home LLC. does not refund any shipping charges.
  • Industrial Home LLC. does not refund any online orders unless damage cannot be repaired in addition to the item being discontinued.

  • Call tags will be issued at Industrial Home’s discretion.
  • For returns/shipment refusals where items are not damaged, Industrial Home will not be liable for any shipping charge.
  • For returns/shipment refusals where items are not damaged, Industrial Home charges a restocking fee of 25%.
