We accept the following payment methods, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Debit cards only), BACs transfer in to our account, or PayPal. Most items are in stock and will be dispatched immediately therefore full payment is required at point of sale.
Non-acceptance/refusal of transactions
We reserve the right to not accept your order or to cancel your order if any of the following apply:
- We have been unable to process your payment, or a bank or merchant service provider later cancels payment.
- Payment has been made fraudulently or by illegal means.
- The goods are unavailable from our stock.
- The item/s are no longer available from the manufacturer.
- We have made an error in pricing or product description.
- We do not supply to your address.
- In the event that your payment has been received in part or full for an order, which is subsequently, cancelled you will be reimbursed in full by the same method (and where applicable to the same debit/ credit card used).
We offer very competitive shipping rates though out the United States. Delivery charges will be calculated once you choose your items. You can see what the charges are by clicking the shipping estimator at any point during the shopping process to show the costs for the items in the basket at that time. When you place a order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately to advise we have your order in our system. Once the order is dispatched you will be sent a email with the tracking number for your consignment. At Industrial Home we try our upmost to keep our customers happy. We will do our best to have your goods delivered as soon as possible. All efforts will be made to deliver by UPS or FedEx within 4 – 5 days of purchase. Industrial Home is not responsible for any delays incurred by the courier service. Please note that larger items including furniture, lighting, mirrors, and art work are sent either with our white glove delivery service or via pallet. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. We do not accept returns on Custom Orders.
For all other orders, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to orders returned. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product via email or by calling us 301-360-0600. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service, you are required to pay for the transportation off any unwanted return yourself. Please contact us for return address and make sure to include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these. Before returning your purchase, please ensure the goods are in the same condition as they were originally sent. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning you purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage. Industrial Home Inc. retains the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed not to be resalable. If your order is faulty, we will ask you to arrange the shipping of the goods back to us and we will credit you the shipping amount once we have received a receipt showing the full amount. We will also request a tracking number for goods returned so we can follow the return parcel. If you simply wish to return unwanted goods, then you will have to cover the return delivery charge.
